Man shoots friend while acting out lyrics to rap song

A 22-year-old man has been charged after accidentally shooting dead a friend.
Rodney Clark Patrick Jr shot 17-year-old Douglas Trey Winslow in Merritt Island, US.
Patrick Jr. was charged with manslaughter with a firearm, tampering with evidence and the possession of a controlled substance. He is being held at the Brevard County Jail without bond.
According to a release from the Brevard County Sheriff's Office, an investigation determined that the two were at the residence listening to music when Patrick picked up a firearm, and pointed it at Winslow when it fired.
The investigation determined that Patrick thought the gun was not loaded and started acting out the lyrics of the rap song, which included pointing the firearm at the victim when it discharged.
