A woman set up a date with a man she met online planning to kill him and then eat his heart, a police report claims.
Amy Caroline Brown, 24, has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly stabbing the man in the chest in a motel room in Lynwood, Washington.
The 29-year-old alleged victim told officers he had met the woman through Craigslist, according to KTLA, but not for sex.
However, the pair booked a room in a Rodeo Inn where the alleged assault took place.
According to court documents, Brown had asked the man multiple times whether he was a serial killer to which he replied 'No'.
She then climbed on top of him and allegedly said 'well, I am a serial killer' before stabbing him in the chest, according to police.
But the man managed to wrestle free, the document claims, and call for help.
According to police, Brown told the officer who interviewed her that she planned to eat the man's heart and aspired to become a 'serial killer'.
A bail of $1 million has been set.
