A convicted armed robber with 17 aliases has been charged with sex trafficking after allegedly holding a group of young women, including two children, in his home in Detroit, US.
The court heard the known felon kept two teenage kids aged 15 and 16 against their will along with two 21-year-olds and a 31-year-old woman.
Detroit Free Press reports that Jackson listed the women for sex work on escorting site Backpage.com while imprisoning them in his basement and the second floor of his house which was locked shut with a steel gate.
The pensioner has reportedly been in and out of prison his entire adult life and has previously been convicted of drug possession, assault and armed robbery.
Authorities revealed that Jackson would recruit young woman to his home in the city’s South Electric Street where he would allegedly get them hooked on hard drugs.
Once addicted, Jackson and his associates began making the girls do commercial sex dates and move drugs for them.
